Returns and Exchanges New

You may return for a full refund (including the shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error or if the item qualifies for free returns) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, good condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to enclose the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept the return of used items, or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at fairhoods.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at  info@fairhoods.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fragile items (such as glass, ceramic or soft metal) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please reach us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

Mistaken Returns

Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to a receive a refund. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Fairhoods, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Fairhoods cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or you may contact customer service for an alternative solution for the exchange.

Limited Product Warranty

We warrant the original purchaser that your product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period aforementioned.
We do not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for damage arising from failure to following instructions relating to the product's usage. we are not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to inapposite use of item or wear and tear.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

A Warranty Service Order must be requested from fairhoodswithin One-year Warranty Period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a Warranty Service Order, contact Our Service Team  info@fairhoods.com.

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Fairhoods. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
